Job Description
We are looking for a talented Data Scientist for a 6-month contract to help build predictive models that enhance our job-matching algorithms. You will work with large datasets and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy machine learning models
• Conduct exploratory data analysis on recruitment datasets
• Build data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Evaluate model performance and iterate

Requirements
• MSc or PhD in Data Science, Statistics or related field
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with NLP techniques
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
